RETURNS & EXCHANGE
1.1. If you receive a damaged/defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications of your original order, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
1.2. Upon receiving your complaint, Branddaffodils.com shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will initiate for a replacement or issue a refund. In this case, Branddaffodils.com will arrange a pick-up of the products.
1.3. In order to return any products for the above reasons, you are required to comply with the conditions mentioned below, viz: • Please notify Branddaffodils.com of receipt of a damaged/ defective product within 48 of your order being delivered. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, we shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order; • Products should be unused/unwashed; • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, and invoices etc.; • The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Branddaffodils.com in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the cost of shipping the product from the company warehouse to your respective delivery address and no return will be processed.
1.4. To claim a return/exchange for any other reason (sizing, etc), please notify us within 5 days of your order being delivered, along with the reason for the same. In this case, courier charges (for pick-up and delivery) of Rs.200 are to be borne by you, after which we will arrange a pick-up of the item(s) to be exchanged. Please note • Products should be unused/unwashed; • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, and invoices etc. • The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Branddaffodils.com in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return.
1.5. If the returned product is duly accepted by Branddaffodils.com, the value of said product, as originally paid by you will be refunded in the form of a store credit voucher or product(s) of your choice that are equal in value. If your product can be repaired/ altered by the workshop, Branddaffodils.com will get the same repaired/ altered and sent back to you.
1.6. No Compensation Policy: If the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the website did not meet your expectations, no compensation will be given other than a credit voucher or exchange of the product. The customer cannot request compensation for any reason, including but not limited to: any slight variation in the finish or appearance of the final product; any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances; any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused by a product; missed opportunities to avail certain discounts; any issue with our delivery partners or their personnel; any voucher which got deactivated due to the end of expiry date.
1.7. Face masks are non-refundable & non-returnable under ANY circumstances, due to safety and hygiene reasons.
